Hydraulics Driven From The
Trucks P.T.O. Will Supply Power Through The Use Of A 2 Stage Hydraulic
Pump. One Stage Will Operate The Wireline Unit. The Other Stage Will
Operate Derrick And Other Accessories.
Truck Bed:
All Steel Constructed with
Deck Plated Top Surface,. Smooth Outer Shell for Appearances. All Steel
Is Sandblasted, Dimetcoated, Primed, And Then Painted To Color Of Your
Choice. This Bed Will Have Several Tool Compartments With Maximum
Storage Capacity, Rear Mounted Vice Bench Mounted At Comfortable, Safe
Working Height, Protective Guards Around Vehicle Lights, And A Removable
Ladder For Climbing Up And Down Operators Cab. Lubricator Racks Are
Provided For When Lubricators Are Rigged Down, And Union For B.O.P..
Derrick:
This Is An All Steel
Tubular Design. It Has And 'A' Frame Type Supporting, Complimented With
Adjustable 3/8 Guidelines Which Attach To Various Points On The Derrick
and on The Headache Rack. It Has An Adjustable Reach Of 5+ Meters From
Rear Of Truck. The Rear Of The Truck Bed Has Two Hydraulic Stabilizers
With Removable Pads For Rear Support. The Boom Is Lifted With Two
Hydraulic Cylinders And Then Is Hydraulically Scooped To A Height Of 55
Ft. The Boom Comes With A 12,000 Lb. Hydraulic Winch And Is Equipped
With Lubricator Rack Mounted In A Way So That The Lubricator Can Stay
Assembled And Cradled On The Boom.
This Is The Design, Which Gives This Vehicle Its Unique Name
(Quick Rig).

This Unit Is An All Steel
Construction Which Consist Of The Following Components:

Hydraulic, Motor Driven And Is Attached To A Dog Clutch Assembly, Used
For Drum Selection.

Operators Manual For Truck (Supplied By Vehicle Manufacturer) Operators
Manual For Derrick And Unit Operations, Along With A Parts Manual
Supplied By Gulf Coast Manufacturing. Inside The Cab Will Be Insulated
And Fully Lined Walls. The Cab Will Be Air-Conditioned And Will Have
Both Interior And Exterior Lighting.
