•Skid- All steel construction built to one of our standard designs. This includes: The skid will have a heavy duty roll card, forklift pockets, optional single or 4 point lift, and protective guards. All steel will be sandblasted, dimetcoated, primed and painted to your specifications and color scheme.

•Cabin- An aluminum construction, built to our standard design. The interior will be fully insulated and lined with an Ornyte material. All electrical, shelving, and seating will be based upon the customers needs. The operator’s dash will be designed comfortably for the operator. It will hold the mechanical controls for the directional control, throttle control, pressure control, hydraulic gauges, steering control, adjustable hand brake, and emergency stop. Located in the operator’s cab will also be a shift control lever for shifting the transmission.

•Electrical- The electrical system will consist of a 10 kw hydraulic driven generator, dual electrical input, service breaker panel, hertz and volt meters, air conditioning, cabin lights, work receptacles, drum light, rig light, electric powered line oiler system, and fold down light table.

•Reel Package- Will also be steel constructed of steel and the drum will be sized big enough to hold 25,000 ft. of 5/16 diameter e-line wire (wire not included). The drum will have dual brakes and operated from a mechanical brake lever.

•Drive System- This section will be a modular skid which is removable as your existing packages. It consists of a Sundstrand hydraulic motor, a Funk 3 speed transmission, and a 5:1 ratio planetary box witch is attached to the transmission. This package is then chain and sprocket driven to the drum.

•Measuring- The measuring system will include the overhead steering arm and dual axis joystick controller, as well as the Geo-Log style measuring head complete with the Martin Decker weight indicator system and mechanical counter.

•Power Package- power pack will use a Perkins 1006.60 diesel engine. This engine will be equipped with an air compressor, auxiliary hydraulic pump for the steering system, air starter, and mechanical instrumentation including oil pressure, water temp, and a hour meter. This package will also have a Sundstrand hydraulic pump with an auxiliary drive pump mounted behind it to run a 10 kw Harrison Hydra-gen generator.
