4 Cylinder Power Pack

ENGINE - Will Be a Perkins, 4 Cylinder, 100 Hp Diesel Engine (Other makes available). This Engine Will Have an Air Intake Shut down Device, Wrapped Spark Arrestor, and Electric Start System. (Hydraulic, Inertia Spring, or Air Start Available)

POWER PACK SKID -   Will Be All Steel Constructed in a Simple, but Well Protected, Offshore Skid.  This Skid Will Have a Sealed Drip Pan with Drain Plug.  All Welds Will Be Fully Seal Welded.  It Will Have a Single Point Lift (4 Point Lift Optional). A Hose Basket Will Be Provided for Protection of the Hydraulic Hoses. There Will Also Be Full Doors and Guards Protecting the Engine.  All Steel Will Be Sandblasted, Dimetcoated, Primed and Painted to Customer’s Colors Using a Polyurethane Topcoat.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Will Be Driven off the Rear of the Engine through a Funk Direct Drive Assembly.  The Hydraulic Pump Will Be a Vickers 35VQ38A (38 GPM at 1200 RPM).  The Relief Valve Is a Vickers CT-10-F 30, Which Will Be Set at 2,000 PSI.  It Will Have a Small Pilot Valve Which When Opened Will Dump the Pressure to Tank in Order to Run the Power Pack Without Connecting the Hoses or Backing down the Relief Valve.  The Hydraulic Reservoir Will Hold 90 Useable Gallons of Hydraulic Oil.  This Tank Will Have a Large Easy Access Filter Cap.  In the Tank Will Be a 100 Micron Suction Strainer with a 2" Brass Service Valve.  An Air- Cooled Oil Cooler Will Be Mounted in Front of the Radiator to Aid in Cooling the Hydraulic Fluid. A Return Oil Filter Will Be Installed.  Aero Quip Winged Quick Disconnects Will Be Provided on the Power Pack and on Each End of the Hydraulic Hoses in Order to Completely Remove These Hoses (20 Ft.
